Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can replace the young zucchini with a similarly flavored zucchini or a piece of pumpkin. I've tried all the suggested options, but I like zucchini the most! Here's how to make it. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel and wash the vegetables.

Blend the onion and zucchini in a blender into small pieces (not a puree), or chop by hand. Add to the meat mixture and mix well.

Then add semolina and garlic. Mix and season with salt to taste. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Use a tablespoon to take portions of the meat mixture, and shape meatballs with wet hands. Place them into the multicooker bowl. Without using any oil! If desired, add a little water, but even that is not necessary. There is enough natural juice released.

Cook on "Baking" or "Frying" mode for 35-40 minutes.
