Dietary buckwheat flour pancakes
Description
Buckwheat flour is quite unique. It has not only the taste and smell of buckwheat, but also a consistency that's not quite suitable for pancakes. Therefore, to make dietary buckwheat pancakes, we'll add some regular flour to achieve a thicker batter. You can add more eggs if desired. This time, I used sour cream instead of kefir.
