Dietary pancakes without flour
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. For the recipe, you'll need a little cornstarch, low-fat milk, and large chicken eggs. You can replace or omit the sugar—up to you. I add half a tablespoon if I want it slightly sweet, or one full tablespoon for a sweeter taste. This won't significantly increase the calorie count for 15 pieces. See all the details in my step-by-step recipe. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Let's get started!
- 2
Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the milk, mix with a whisk.
- 4
Step 4

Add starch, mix well.
- 5
Step 5

Add a spoonful of odorless vegetable oil.
- 6
Step 6

Preheat a non-stick frying pan very well. No need to grease it. Pour in half a ladle at a time; the batter is liquid, resulting in very thin pancakes.
- 7
Step 7

Flip the pancake and fry on the other side.
- 8
Step 8

Repeat with the remaining batter, stirring the batter occasionally, as the starch tends to settle at the bottom. I ended up with 15 pancakes.

Step 9

The pastry is ready. Serve with tea.
