
Banana Diet Bars
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The oat bars turn out very filling! One bar is enough for a snack between main meals. The bars can also be served for breakfast with hot tea or coffee. The shelf life of this baked good is no more than 3-4 days. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Instead of chia seeds, you can use sesame seeds; instead of walnuts, use peanuts or hazelnuts.

Put walnut kernels, raisins, and chia seeds into the blender bowl.

Add the sugar. Peel the banana and slice it directly into the blender container. Process everything for 2-3 minutes.

Place the mixture into a deep container and add quick-cooking oat flakes. Mix well and let it sit for 5–10 minutes, allowing the oats and chia seeds to absorb excess moisture from the banana mixture.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the mixture onto foil and spread it out, shaping it into a rectangle or square. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Then remove and let cool.
