Description

Step 1

Wash the apricots and prunes thoroughly. If they are very dry, pour boiling water over them and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Then dry the dried fruits on a towel.

To help the blender process the dried fruits, cut them into small pieces. If you don't have a blender, pass the dried fruits through a meat grinder with a fine plate. Grind the nuts in the blender into crumbs. You can set aside 5-8 nuts and roughly chop them with a knife into pieces.

This is the mixture obtained from ground apricots and prunes.

Mix the nuts and the resulting mass into a homogeneous "dough."

Divide the "dough" into 8-10 pieces and shape into bars.

Now place the bars in a dehydrator and let them dry. If you don't have a dehydrator, place them on parchment paper and dry in the oven at 70 degrees Celsius for about one to one and a half hours.

Wrap the bars in parchment paper or foil, and that's it — ready to take on the go, to work, or for a walk :)
