Dietary cottage cheese casserole in a multicooker
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. You can prepare the cottage cheese casserole without sugar, replacing it with honey or a natural sweetener. Natural yogurt can also be substituted with kefir — it won't affect the taste at all. Follow my recipe,
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the casserole. Since the casserole should be low-calorie, use low-fat or completely fat-free cottage cheese and yogurt.
- 2
Step 2

Mix the cottage cheese with sugar and starch. Thoroughly stir with a fork, breaking up any large cottage cheese lumps.
- 3
Step 3

Add raw chicken eggs, yogurt. Mix, then add vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
- 4
Step 4

Wash the apple thoroughly, remove the core, and peel it if the skin is tough. Cut the apple into small pieces and add to the cottage cheese dough.

Step 5

Grease the multicooker pot with your preferred confectionery fat, butter, or simply odorless vegetable oil. Pour the curd and apple mixture into the pot and spread it evenly. Place the pot into the multicooker, select the "Baking" mode and set the time for 50 minutes. Start!

Step 6

The casserole is ready! But don't rush to take it out. Unplug the multicooker. Open the lid and let the casserole cool down completely. After that, it will easily come out of the mold and keep its shape.
