Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare any fish using this recipe. Pollock, cod, pike-perch, or pink salmon will work well. It's best if the fish has few bones. The dish is tender, aromatic, and diet-friendly, as it's baked in the oven and contains no spicy seasonings—only salt. It's very easy to prepare and doesn't require special cooking skills. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients for making diet fish.

Clean the pollock, gut it, and remove the black membrane from the belly cavity. Rinse thoroughly inside and out.

Cut the fish into portion pieces.

Peel the onion, wash it, and finely chop. Place in a frying pan.

Peel, wash, and grate the carrots. Add the carrots to the onion.

Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and simmer the vegetables over low heat for 7-8 minutes. Then add the sliced mushrooms.

Simmer the carrots with onions and mushrooms for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
