This recipe includes a minimal set of ingredients, yet the final result will delight even true meat lovers.

1. Delicious and diet-friendly cauliflower casserole is a perfect choice for a hearty and healthy lunch. The benefits of cauliflower have long been known, and the number of recipes based on it keep growing. So, we start by separating the florets from each other and boiling them briefly in salted boiling water.

2. Now prepare the filling: beat the eggs with milk (you can add a little mayonnaise), add salt and spices to taste.

3. Pour the resulting mixture over the cabbage. You can use any baking dish.

4. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and place the dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. The diet-friendly cauliflower bakes quickly.
