
Children's cookies with cookie cutters

Place the softened butter into the bowl of a mixer, add brown sugar, and beat until a light, fluffy mixture forms.

Pour in the golden syrup, add the egg white, and beat. In a separate bowl, combine the flour with ground ginger and baking soda.

Add the flour in portions and mix; when the dough becomes too stiff for the mixer, transfer it to the table and add the remaining flour, then knead the dough.

Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Place parchment paper on the table, put the dough on it, and cover with another sheet of parchment paper. Roll out the dough into a sheet 0.4 centimeters thick.

Remove the parchment paper and cut out the cookies using a cookie cutter (you can also use a paper template). Decorate with colorful sprinkles and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
