Children's dessert in the shape of a little mouse
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you don't want to bother with complicated desserts for New Year's, these little mice are a perfect solution! They're sweet and go wonderfully with tea and coffee. The mice are quick to prepare, and you can even invite children to help—you'll find it very entertaining. Serve chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Cut triangles out of the crouton.

Spread the cheese mixture thickly on top of the crackers.

Generously sprinkle with coconut flakes.

All that's left is to make ears for the mice from orange segments. You can attach them with toothpicks, but I decided to simply insert them into the cottage cheese mixture so I wouldn't have to quickly disassemble the mice before serving them to children. Use thin strips of orange peel for the tails, make eyes from black grapes, and use grapes for the nose as well, or use rowan berries.
