Children's cottage cheese muffins
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. If your kids love homemade pastries, they will surely enjoy these cupcakes (provided you bake them). The recipe is simple, the ingredients are affordable and likely already in your fridge. I recommend baking these cupcakes in the evening and serving them with tea in the morning—they'll be especially delicious. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Mix the soft butter and sugar, beat for about 3 minutes.
- 2
Step 2

Add the crushed cottage cheese and eggs, beat until smooth. The cottage cheese can be strained through a sieve, blended in a blender, or simply passed through a meat grinder.
- 3
Step 3

Add the flour mixed with baking powder and beat a little more, stirring well. The dough should turn out quite thick.
- 4
Step 4

Grease the baking molds with butter and fill the dough up to 2/3 of the mold's height. This amount of ingredients yields 9-10 cupcakes.
- 5
Step 5

And bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Check the readiness of the cupcakes with a dry wooden toothpick.
- 6
Step 6

We remove the cupcakes from the molds; you can place the mold in cold water to help the cupcakes come out easily. Let the cupcakes cool completely, then dust them with powdered sugar.
