Children's meatballs in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This simple recipe for children's meatballs in a multicooker is named so due to its maximum nutritional value and tenderness. If your child is a picky eater, make sure to grind the mince until completely smooth! Also, I don't recommend adding too many additives like rice or bread to the mince. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. I recommend making the minced meat yourself by blending chicken fillet in a blender. Add an egg, spices, and rice to it. I also recommend blending the minced meat once again to make the meatballs more homogeneous and more appealing to your child. Sear them in "Frying" mode.

2. While the meatballs are frying, prepare the sauce. Dissolve the flour in water, then add sour cream and tomato paste. Add spices as well. Mix until smooth, then pour the mixture over the fried meatballs. Cook in "Simmer" mode until fully done.
