Description

The recipe won't take much time. It's simple, successful, and very quick. Spending just a little time in the kitchen, you can make children's cheese snacks from regular cottage cheese, which is always available on our shelves. All moms care about making sure their children eat cottage cheese, rich in calcium, iron, and various amino acids. This is probably the most popular way to persuade your child to eat a healthy product. Plus, it's a two-in-one solution: both delicious and nutritious. Serve chilled.

    1. First, turn the sugar into powdered sugar. This can be conveniently done, for example, using a coffee grinder. However, you can simply buy powdered sugar at the store. Beat the cottage cheese with a mixer or rub it through a fine sieve.

    5. Make wrappers of a convenient size (you can use 16x16). I make mine from food foil, simply cutting it into squares of the desired size.

    6. Shape the cheese portions. Wrap each one in a piece of foil. Place them in the freezer. Let them set.

    7. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave. Add a piece of butter to it. Take the frozen cheese pieces out of the freezer. Coat them with chocolate glaze.

    8. Place the glazed curd bars in the refrigerator overnight. Now you know how to make children's curd bars—make them at home, and you'll see how tender and delicious they turn out.
