Kids' Kefir Pancakes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These pancakes will be enjoyed not only by children but also by adults. To keep the pancakes from sinking after cooking, making them fluffy and porous, it's important to add the baking soda at the very end. Another important point — once the batter is ready, you must not stir it any further. They can be served with tea or coffee.
