Children's fruit purees
Description
It is very important for young children to receive the vitamins found in fruits. And of course, it's best to give fruits to little ones in the form of puree. I'll demonstrate the preparation process using apple, pear, and banana as a base. You can optionally mix fruits together according to taste preferences.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the apple, remove the core, and peel it. Cut the apple into pieces, transfer to a saucepan or pot, add 50-70 ml of water, and cook until soft.
- 3
Step 3

Wash the pear and prepare it in the same way. The water should barely cover the fruits. Place the pear on the stove and cook until soft. This will take no more than 5-10 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.
- 5
Step 5

Transfer the banana to a blender jar, add 30-50 ml of water or cream, and puree until smooth. The mixture turns out gentle and airy; kids are delighted with this treat.
- 6
Step 6

Blend the pear and apple until smooth. You can add sugar or cream to taste during the process.

Step 7

Children's fruit purees are ready. You can feed the baby now.
