
Children’s Semolina Bake
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Semolina casserole is very easy and quick to make, not counting the time in the oven. Serve with sour cream, jam, and, if the child has no allergy, with honey. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients for the casserole.

Pour water and milk into a saucepan with a non-stick coating or a heavy bottom. Bring to a boil, then add salt and sugar.

Gradually add the semolina in a thin stream while stirring constantly. Cook the porridge until it thickens; this will take several minutes. Then cool it to room temperature.

Add an egg.

Whisk the egg with the semolina porridge using a mixer, whisk, or blender. You can also whisk the egg with a whisk first, then add it to the semolina porridge and mix.

Grease a baking dish with oil, sprinkle with semolina, and spread the porridge in it. Or line with parchment paper.

Spread the top of the casserole with sour cream. Mine is made from baked cream and is the color of ryazhenka. Such sour cream exists.

Bake the casserole in an oven preheated to 175–180 degrees for 30–35 minutes.
