Description
If you've ever tried this pizza even once, you'll definitely want another and another slice. The special thing about this pizza is that it's first baked with the filling, then brushed with tomato sauce. Serve the pizza immediately while it's still hot. Use 2 types of cheese and any sausage you like.

1. Dissolve the dry instant yeast in warm water, add a pinch of sugar, and let it sit for 10 minutes.

2. Add the flour and vigorously mix the entire mixture with a spatula.

3. Knead the dough in a food processor for about 4 minutes, then let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

4. Grease the pizza pan with vegetable oil, roll out the dough and place it into the pan, then smooth it out with your hands.

5. For the sauce: pour tomato sauce (peeled and chopped tomatoes) into a saucepan, add oregano and basil.

6. Salt and add granulated sugar to the saucepan with the sauce.

7. Peel and finely chop the garlic, add it to the tomatoes in the pot. Simmer the sauce over low heat until a thick consistency forms (20 minutes).

8. Sprinkle the edges of the base in the pan with grated Parmesan.

9. Slice the pepperoni thinly and arrange them in three rows so they do not touch the cheese.

10. Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the entire pizza crust.
