Dissolve the colored gelatin in separate plates with water. Follow the instructions on the package.

Pour the future jelly into bowls to a thickness of 5-7 mm. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Then cut the ready jelly into rhombuses or other shapes.

Mix the sour cream with sugar. Prepare the gelatin by letting it swell in water, then dissolve it over heat. Pour the gelatin into the sour cream. Add colored jelly.
