Description
I first tried this dessert at one of my friends' celebrations. They served this incredibly simple yet delicious dessert to each guest. It was strikingly beautiful and, at the same time, simple and minimalistic.
Instructions

Remove the pits from the cherries and mix them with sugar in a small container.

Add 2 tablespoons of liqueur, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Grate the chocolate on a fine grater.

In a bowl, mix the cream, powdered sugar, and remaining liqueur, whisk thoroughly until stiff peaks form.

Place the marinated cherries in a parfait glass, pour the juice over them, and top with whipped cream. Repeat this layering process a couple of times.

Sprinkle the dessert with grated chocolate and serve.
