Dessert in a multicooker

Description

The recipe won't take much time. I have a special baking pan for multicooker; if you don't have one, use the bowl, but then the cake will turn out flat and not very presentable (though no less delicious). Decorate the cake with custard or any other cream. It's tasty, healthy, and original. Serve chilled.

    1. Place any dried fruits (raisins, apricots, prunes, figs, etc.) into a bowl. Add the juice and zest of two oranges, along with all the spices, and mix well. Let it sit for 12–24 hours.

    2. Place soft butter into the bowl of a mixer, add brown sugar, then beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.

    3. In a separate bowl, combine the oat flakes, wheat flour, almond flour, and baking soda. Add the dried fruits to the dry ingredients.

    4. Combine the butter-egg mixture with the dry ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a special baking pan for the multicooker.

    5. Place the mold into the bowl, and fill the remaining space with water up to ¾ of the bowl's capacity.

    6. Close the multicooker lid and set the "Baking" mode for 4 hours. When the process is complete, open the lid and remove the mold, let the cake cool completely, then take it out of the mold.

    7. Pour the cooled cake with custard cream and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
