Dessert in a parfait glass

Description
The recipe won't take much time. I don't know a better combination than strawberries with cream. All children are simply delighted with these ingredients. I'll share the recipe—serve it chilled.

Step 1
Rinse the strawberries thoroughly. Set aside a couple of berries for garnish, and blend the rest in a blender until smooth.

Whip the cream until foam forms on the surface. In another bowl, mix the sour cream with sugar. Start adding the whipped cream to the sour cream and continue stirring. You should get a thick cream.

Step 3
Layer the cream and purée in dessert glasses. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes, and afterwards serve, garnished with berries.
