Cheese dessert
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A great dessert can be made if you have homemade cottage cheese and fresh berries on hand. If you prefer raspberries or any other berries (for example: cherries, sour cherries, currants), you can make purée from them as well. To find out, serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the strawberries and wild strawberries thoroughly, first soaking them briefly in cold water. Remove the stems from the berries. Place them into a deep dish.
- 2
Step 2

Mash them thoroughly with a wooden pestle until smooth. This puree can also be made by blending the berries in a blender.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the syrup over the berries and mix thoroughly. Choose a syrup with the same flavor, such as strawberry or wild strawberry. It will add sweetness and aroma to your dish.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the cottage cheese with granulated sugar and place it in the blender container. Blend until it reaches a paste-like consistency, becoming smooth and free of lumps. If you don't have a blender, simply rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
- 5
Step 5

Take tall glasses and fill them one-third full with the cottage cheese mixture. Then add the berry purée until the glasses are two-thirds full.
- 6
Step 6

Place another portion of the cottage cheese mixture on top, garnish the dessert with mint leaves, and sprinkle with muesli or cornflakes. Serve chilled.
