2. Cut each strip lengthwise and spread with honey. Chop the nuts, then mix with whipped cream, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar. Spread this mixture over the honey, then top with thinly sliced peaches.

3. This is the beautiful result you get. Cover with the second part of the stick and now cut it in half. Place one piece on top of the other, spreading with cream, to create a "sandwich."
