Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. A light cream, a crispy and fruity layer—surely no one would refuse such a delight? :) Decorate it to your liking and the wonderful dessert is ready. The finished dessert can be served at the table.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Prepare the cream. Beat the cheese with cream and powdered sugar using a mixer until fluffy.

Peel the kiwi. Slice it into half-circles and full circles. Place the full circles at the bottom of a ramekin or glass, and arrange the half-circles along the sides.

Add the cream and sprinkle with flakes.

Cut the remaining kiwi into pieces and place on the flakes.

Then again cream and flakes.

The dessert is ready, now it's time to decorate it to your taste. I previously baked heart-shaped shortbread cookies. I also used mint leaves and fresh raspberries.
