Description

The proposed dessert is inspired by the famous "Peach Melba," created by French chef Auguste Escoffier in honor of opera diva Nellie Melba. I've slightly simplified the presentation of the peach, but believe me, it turned out incredibly delicious.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Sort and clean the raspberries from debris. Wash the peach.

    Blend raspberries with powdered sugar using a blender.

    Rub the raspberries through a sieve to obtain seedless purée. Cut the peach into slices.

    Place half of the raspberry purée at the bottom of the ramekins or glasses.
