Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients from the list. Dessert fillings can be made from various berries and fruits. I have four kinds: vanilla, cocoa, strawberry puree, and blackcurrant puree.
- 2
Step 2

Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of water and let it swell.
- 3
Step 3

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or blend until smooth. In a deep bowl, combine the cottage cheese mixture, milk, and sugar. If you have a sweet tooth, you can increase the amount of sugar.
- 4
Step 4

Beat with a mixer or blender.
- 5
Step 5

Divide the cottage cheese mixture into 4 parts. Add vanilla to one part, cocoa to another, strawberry puree to the third, and blackcurrant puree to the fourth. Melt the gelatin over low heat or in the microwave until completely dissolved, but do not boil. Divide the hot gelatin into 4 equal parts as well. While stirring constantly and quickly, slowly pour each part of the gelatin into the sour cream mixture in a thin stream.

Step 6

Place the cottage cheese mixture into molds or ramekins and refrigerate for 4 hours until completely set. It's best to work with each portion of the sour cream mixture separately, pouring it into the molds immediately after adding the gelatin, as the mixture sets quickly.

Step 7

The dessert with gelatin and cottage cheese is ready. Before serving, you can decorate the dessert with mint, fresh or frozen berries, or fruits.
