Persimmon Dessert
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. We'll make this persimmon dessert as a table decoration, rather than a large bowl of fruit salad. Prepare a beautiful serving dish for the dessert and begin: 1. First, mash the cranberries with sugar, then cook slightly, adding 50 ml of water. 2. Strain the cranberries. You'll be left with a clear cranberry juice, with a sauce-like consistency. 3. Pour it onto the bottom of the dish in which you'll assemble the dessert. 4. Peel the persimmon and cut the flesh into small cubes. 5. Peel the apple as well and slice it very thinly. 6. Break the walnuts in half. 7. Use large raisins. 8. Wash the mint leaves. 9. Now assemble the festive persimmon dessert in the following sequence: walnut, persimmon, raisin, mint leaf, apple. Make several rows. You can serve the persimmon dessert with whipped cream. It's very delicious. Look how beautiful it looks—just like in the finest restaurant ;) The dessert is now ready to be served.
