Dessert in a glass
Description
No one will refuse this individual dessert if you serve it with tea, latte, or cappuccino. The sweetness turns out slightly tangy thanks to the cherries, and not at all cloying! Serve it soaked.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Break the chicken eggs into the bowl of a food processor. Add 150 grams of sugar and salt. Beat for about 3–5 minutes until fluffy foam forms.
- 3
Step 3

Then add the cocoa powder and wheat flour to the container, gently incorporate them into the egg mixture, but do not whisk.
- 4
Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the baking dish with vegetable or butter and pour the prepared batter into the dish.
- 5
Step 5

Bake the chocolate sponge cake for about 25 minutes and let it cool, turning the mold on its side or upside down so that the cake does not collapse.
- 6
Step 6

Then place sour cream or cream with a fat content of more than 30% into the bowl of a food processor or mixer. Add sugar and beat for about 3-4 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Break the chocolate sponge cake into pieces by hand and cut into cubes, then place in glasses or cups.
- 8
Step 8

As the second layer, spread the prepared cream. You will need 2-3 tablespoons of it.
- 9
Step 9

Then add pitted cherries or pineapples.
- 10
Step 10

Again, place a layer of sponge cake, then a layer of cream, and so on.
- 11
Step 11

Sprinkle some chocolate on top or decorate the desserts with chocolate syrup. Place them in the refrigerator to chill for 2-3 hours, then serve.
