Description
Dessert "Panna Cotta" is a delicate dessert made from cream and gelatin, originating in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. The name translates into Russian as "cooked cream" or "boiled cream," but in reality, Panna Cotta is a creamy pudding with various additions. As a filling for this dessert, we'll use berry jam, pieces of fresh berries and fruits (any kind), and mint. Delicious! :) Here's how to make it:
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients needed to make panna cotta.
- 2
Step 2

Pour the cream into a saucepan.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the milk (but not all of it—reserve a little for dissolving the gelatin), and add sugar. Place over medium heat, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to the lowest setting and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Dilute the gelatin in a small amount of milk.
- 5
Step 5

Add vanilla sugar to the barely simmering pot and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

- 7
Step 7

On the set dessert, place two types of jam, trying not to mix them.
- 8
Step 8

Garnish the dessert with fresh berries.

Step 9

And serve at the table. Enjoy your dessert :)
