Description

I believe tiramisu is basically a universal dessert. It's delicate and extremely delicious. The key is to let it soak overnight. For serving, when dusting with cocoa powder, you can use a stencil to create a design or inscription on the dessert's surface.

Start beating the egg whites, and as soon as they begin to foam, gradually add the remaining 50 grams of sugar, a little at a time. Continue beating until stiff peaks form (the egg white mixture should be stable and not drip off the mixer whisk).
