Dessert for Valentine's Day
Description
I believe tiramisu is basically a universal dessert. It's delicate and extremely delicious. The key is to let it soak overnight. For serving, when dusting with cocoa powder, you can use a stencil to create a design or inscription on the dessert's surface.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
1. First, separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
- 2
Step 2
2. Add 50 grams of sugar to the egg yolks.
- 3
Step 3
3. Beat the yolk-sugar mixture until fluffy and pale (until white). Use a mixer for this.
- 4
Step 4
4. Add mascarpone to the egg yolks and mix thoroughly using a mixer.
- 5
Step 5
5. Add 3 tablespoons of egg liqueur to the cream (egg yolks + sugar + mascarpone). Mix again with a mixer. Do not beat for too long, otherwise the cheese may separate from the yolks.
- 6
Step 6
6. Now let's work with the egg whites. We need to beat them until fluffy. To make the whipped mixture more stable, you can add a pinch of salt or a few drops of lemon juice. Start beating the egg whites, and as soon as they begin to foam, gradually add the remaining 50 grams of sugar, a little at a time. Continue beating until stiff peaks form (the egg white mixture should be stable and not drip off the mixer whisk).

Step 7
7. Add the whipped egg whites to the cheese mixture. Gently mix with a silicone spatula or spoon.
- 8
Step 8
8. Mix the coffee, sugar syrup, and remaining liqueur. Stir well. Dip the cookies, without the powdered sugar side, into this mixture for a few seconds.
- 9
Step 9
9. Place the first layer of cookies (moistened side up) into the dish in which you will assemble the tiramisu.
- 10
Step 10
10. Next, add a thick layer of cheese cream. Smooth it out with a spoon.
- 11
Step 11
11. Next — the second layer of cookies and another layer of cream.
- 12
Step 12
12. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients. The final layer should be cream.
- 13
Step 13
We put the finished dessert in the refrigerator overnight to let it soak. Before serving, we dust it with cocoa powder.
