Dessert
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The name of this dessert is no accident: it is as delicate and airy as a light cloud, with the aroma and flavor of strawberries. Make it with fresh berries in summer, and with frozen ones in winter. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

- 5
Step 5

5. Now completely cool the mixture.

Step 6

6. Using a mixer, beat the strawberry purée until it becomes fluffy, increases in volume, and lightens in color. Beat for approximately 6–8 minutes at maximum speed.

Step 7

7. Line the mold with paper or plastic wrap and grease it with odorless vegetable oil. Pour in the strawberry mixture and smooth it with a spatula. Let it dry at room temperature for 12–24 hours.

Step 8

8. Dust the top of the dessert with powdered sugar, flip it over, remove the film, and dust with powdered sugar again. Cut out shapes using cookie cutters or simply cut into squares.
