Pumpkin and Apple Dessert
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the dessert as healthy as possible, you can replace granulated sugar with honey. However, in this case, the ingredients should be baked first, and then the honey should be added, as it may lose its beneficial properties when exposed to heat. To refresh the taste of sweet pumpkin and tender baked apples, try adding a couple of mint leaves to the finished dessert. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes. In this dessert, due to the blending of flavors from all the ingredients, the pumpkin doesn't taste like itself at all, but rather has a sweet flavor reminiscent of some exotic fruit. So, if you don't particularly like pumpkin, you might really enjoy it in this dessert.

Step 2

Wash the lemon and slice it thinly. If you encounter any seeds, be sure to remove them. Do not peel the lemon, as the zest will give the dish a special piquancy and aroma.

Step 3

Wash the apples, peel them and remove the cores with seeds, then chop into pieces. Choose firm but ripe fruits. Sour-sweet apple varieties are best suited.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. In an ovenproof dish, mix the chopped fruit, previously adding washed raisins, granulated sugar, and a little cinnamon to taste. Bake the dish for 20 minutes. Serve it either warm or chilled.
