Dessert made from yeast-free puff pastry
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I'll tell and show you. The ready dessert can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the dessert. Take the dough out of the package and let it thaw at room temperature.
- 2
Step 2

Remove the pits from the cherries, drain them in a colander to let excess juice drip off.
- 3
Step 3

On a skillet, melt the butter with sugar and, stirring, prepare a light caramel.
- 4
Step 4

Add the cherries to the caramel, constantly stirring, and sauté them. Watch the caramel carefully; if it's overcooked, it will be difficult to combine with the cherries. Do all of this over low heat.
- 5
Step 5

Take portion molds, cut the dough to a diameter slightly larger than the mold. Be sure to prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking.
- 6
Step 6

Place the cherries into the molds. Turn on the oven to preheat to 230 degrees.
- 7
Step 7

Cover the dough with berries as shown in the photo. Tuck it in around the edges like a blanket. Place the molds in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

The dessert is ready. Do not rush to remove it from the molds; let it cool slightly. Then cover with small plates and flip over.
