Chocolate dessert

Description

The recipe won't take much time. For the dessert, I use homemade whole milk, natural butter, and dark chocolate (pay attention to the chocolate's ingredients—it should start with cocoa mass, not sugar or margarine); it's more natural compared to milk chocolate. You'll also need semolina and sugar. Prepare a saucepan with a thick bottom and a hand mixer. Let's get started. Serve chilled.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the dessert: milk, chocolate, butter, grain, and sugar. You can add a pinch of vanilla for flavor.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar, chocolate, and butter. Place over heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly to melt the chocolate and prevent it from sticking to the bottom, and to dissolve the sugar.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

By the time it boils, the oil will have already dissolved.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Add the semolina in a thin stream to the boiling milk, stirring continuously with a spoon to prevent lumps from forming.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

To prepare the glaze, combine butter, sugar, honey, cocoa, and vanilla sugar, and place over low heat. Heat without bringing to a boil. While the glaze is still warm, pour it over the dessert.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

Remove the pot from the heat and, using an electric hand mixer, beat the mixture for 5-7 minutes; this will slightly cool the dessert and make it fluffier.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

Place the dessert into glasses or ramekins; you can use silicone molds. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

The dessert can be served in cups or inverted onto a saucer and decorated with chocolate pieces, berries or fruits, ground nuts, or whipped cream.
