Dessert made with cookies and cottage cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the dessert more vibrant in flavor, I suggest adding berries, for example, frozen ones—strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, or any mix. We'll add yogurt and vanilla sugar to the cottage cheese; after blending, you'll get a delicate and very appetizing creamy mixture that will perfectly complement the berries and cookies. Take note: you can make this dessert in individual portions or prepare it in a springform pan. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Thaw the berries and transfer them to a blender container. Add granulated sugar to taste — 1-2 tablespoons. Then blend the berries with an immersion blender, taste the mixture, and add more sugar if you prefer sweeter desserts.
- 3
Step 3

Place the cottage cheese into a deep container, add yogurt, vanilla sugar, and a spoonful of regular sugar. Blend thoroughly with a blender until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture without lumps.
- 4
Step 4

Place the cookies in a bag and crush with a rolling pin, or grind in a blender. We need to get crumbs.
- 5
Step 5

Now you can start assembling the dessert. Layer the dessert—cookies, cottage cheese cream, berries. Make two or more layers.
- 6
Step 6

You can optionally decorate the dessert with fresh strawberries. It's incredibly delicious and delicate!

Step 7

Can be served.
