Description
Mango dessert is prepared as follows: 1. Dissolve sugar in boiling milk. Pour this mixture over the couscous. 2. After 10 minutes, add Philadelphia cheese to the mixture and stir until smooth. 3. Peel the mango and blend it in a blender until pureed. Reserve a few mango slices for garnish. 4. In dessert glasses, layer the couscous mixture and mango puree. Decorate with whole pieces of mango. Ready to serve.
