Strawberry and Rhubarb Dessert
Description
For the dessert, you can use rhubarb of either red or green variety. Choose firm, fully ripe, and aromatic strawberries. Almond flour can be substituted with another type, or you can increase the amount of wheat flour by the same quantity. Serve the dessert best either warm or cold. It can be accompanied with a scoop of ice cream or milk.
