Pineapple dessert

The recipe won't take much time. This pineapple dessert delights with its unique flavor. It's best enjoyed piping hot. Once the pineapples are baked, arrange them on attractive white plates and decorate with the remaining caramel. Serve the pineapple dessert best with chilled white dessert wine. Wash the pineapple thoroughly and cut off the top part. Then use a knife to remove the pineapple flesh.

Then slice the flesh into large rings.

Then prepare the caramel. For this, add the following ingredients to a saucepan in turn: 2 teaspoons of water, sugar, cinnamon, black pepper, and anise. Mix everything thoroughly. Then add 1 tablespoon of hot water and ginger. Mix again and heat over the lowest possible heat.

Next, place the pineapple rings in a baking dish, pour caramel over the top, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
