    Place all the ingredients into a bowl (except for the vegetable oil and powdered sugar) and knead the dough. You can use a mixer for kneading, as it takes a lot of time. When the dough becomes smooth and elastic, it means it's ready. If the dough turns out too dry, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream.

    Next, beat the dough with a rolling pin. This is necessary to create more air bubbles in the dough. Afterward, cover the bowl with a towel and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Divide the dough into several portions and roll out each portion thinly in turn. Cut the rolled dough into 6 by 4 cm rectangles, make a cut in the middle of each rectangle. Pull one end through this cut.
