New Year's Dessert

Description

The recipe won't take much time. When my daughter saw the dessert, she happily clapped her hands! Indeed, the dessert looks just like real pine cones! I dusted them with powdered sugar, like a light snowfall... Isn't it beautiful? Take a look and remember. Serve chilled.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Prepare the ready-made ingredients: nuts, condensed milk, and cornflakes. Powdered sugar will be needed at the very end to decorate the pine cones.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Grind the nuts in a mortar (or simply chop them finely with a knife).

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

    Add nuts to the cornflakes.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Then add the condensed milk. Mix well and carefully until the mixture becomes thick and uniform. Don't crush the flakes!

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

Take glasses—ideally, cone-shaped ones. I didn't have any of those, so I used champagne flutes. The main thing is that the glasses shouldn't narrow towards the top, otherwise you won't be able to remove the treats! Moisten the glasses with water and tightly fill them with the mixture. Press down slightly with a spoon. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

    Step 6

    Step 6

After three hours, carefully slide a knife under the cones and help them come out of the molds. Place them on a plate and dust with powdered sugar. The cones are ready!
