Dessert ice cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Before serving, this dessert should be chilled in the refrigerator for a while so that it looks aesthetically pleasing and is convenient to eat. Instead of chocolate (or together with it), you can add coconut flakes, dried fruits, nuts... in general, anything you like, to the filling. Serve chilled.

1. In a blender bowl, crush the chocolate cookie into crumbs.

2. Place the butter in a double boiler or microwave. Melt it, then add to the cookie crumbs. Mix the mixture until smooth.

3. Using a large, sharp knife, chop the chocolate into small pieces. Add it to the container with the ice cream, then add cinnamon, nutmeg, and mix until well combined.

4. Place the cookie crumbs into the mold in an even layer, press them down uniformly with a spoon, then add the ice cream and chocolate cream on top.
