Danish pear pie
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. For the pie, you can use any ripe pears, as long as they are not too soft. Be sure to add the eggs one at a time, beating each time. It is best to use a non-stick baking pan. The pie can be served with chocolate or cream sauce. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
