
Danish flatbreads with shrimp and caviar
Description

1. Fry the fish fillet in vegetable oil for 7–10 minutes until golden brown. Note! The fish must be larger than the bread flatbread!

2. Lightly spread the bread or flatbread with butter—just enough so there isn’t a thick layer.

3. On top of the butter, place a lettuce leaf and the prepared fish fillet. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze a few drops of juice onto the fish.

4. Cover part of the fillet with spicy mayonnaise. Place the shrimp on the mayonnaise.

5. In any order, arrange the caviar in mounds among the shrimp, garnish with chopped dill, and serve immediately at the table on individual plates with a fork and knife.
