Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Danar is served hot with various sauces. You can add different meat and vegetable fillings that complement each other in flavor. Don't forget to spread the lavash with sauce to prevent the dish from becoming too dry. The ready dish can now be served.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Instead of sausage, you can use boiled or baked meat, or lyulya kebab.

Finely shred the white cabbage, add salt, and thoroughly rub it to release the juice from the shredded cabbage. You can add Korean-style shredded carrots or beets to the cabbage.

If you have small, thin lavash, place a small amount of filling on them so they can be rolled up. If the lavash is thin and wide, you can make a long danar. Spread the lavash with mayonnaise of any fat content, or with garlic sauce, or sour cream sauce with green onions and garlic. Wash the tomatoes, slice them, and place them at one edge of the lavash. Optionally, you can add sliced pickled or salted cucumbers.

Place the cabbage shred or Korean-style shredded carrots.

Slice and arrange sausage, roasted meat, or split patties, kebab.

Roll up the preparation into a roll and grill it on an electric grill, transferring it to a plate immediately after it acquires a golden-brown sear. Serve hot.
