
Chicken in a pot
Description
Dishes like this one should definitely be in every homemaker's menu. They're simple, filling, and always delicious. Pre-cooking the chicken and vegetables makes the stew incredibly tender—it literally melts in your mouth. As for the ingredients, you can always use whatever variety of vegetables you prefer.

1. Wash the chickens, place them in a pot with salted water, and boil for half an hour.

2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and carrots.

3. Place the vegetables in a saucepan, add salt and spices. Pour in the broth in which the chickens were boiled, and put on the heat.

4. Simmer over medium heat for about 7 minutes.

5. Add the beans and cook for just 3-4 minutes.

6. Remove from heat, add the sour cream, and gently mix.

9. Divide the puff pastry into small squares. Brush the edges with egg yolk.
