Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use store-bought ajika, or your homemade version. Add your favorite herbs and spices to taste. Or you can even cook it in a pan, frying the chicken under pressure on each side. Though it might splatter a bit. Serve hot.

1. Wash the chicken, dry it, cut it along the breast, and gently press it down.

2. Cover with film and beat.

3. Rub the chicken with adjika on all sides. Let it marinate for several hours.

4. Melt the butter and add all the spices.

5. Remove excess marinade and brush the chicken with spiced oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

6. Grind the nuts, herbs, and garlic, add oil and a little water. Mix well. The sauce for the chicken is ready.
