
Chicken with rice in a pot
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When your day is scheduled down to the minute, or during summer heat when the thought of turning on the oven is depressing, this recipe will come in handy. It requires minimal effort, yet yields a delicious dish capable of satisfying several hungry people. Serve hot.

1. Use a heat-resistant casserole dish or cast-iron pot for cooking. Heat the oil in it, add the finely chopped onion, and fry until it turns golden brown.

2. Add the garlic and ginger mixture to the sautéed onion. The mixture will turn pinkish and smell delicious.

3. Add all the spices to the onion mixture, mix well, and as soon as the sauté begins to boil, pour in the broth, water, and add the corn. Bring to a boil.
