Chicken with mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese

Description

The recipe won't take much time. 1) Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. 2) Place half of the mushrooms on a baking sheet. Dip chicken pieces into beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs. 3) In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sear the chicken pieces on both sides, then place them on top of the mushrooms. Add sliced Mozzarella cheese on top. Pour chicken broth into the baking sheet. 4) Bake in the oven for approximately 30–35 minutes, or until the juices from the chicken pieces run clear. Serve hot.
