
Cauliflower baked with minced meat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When sliced, the finished stuffed cauliflower resembles a tree. You can fill it with regular ground meat, or with a mixture of ground meat and bacon. Add spices to taste, and before baking, you can brush the cauliflower with an egg and cheese mixture. Bake the cauliflower for no more than half an hour and serve hot.

1. Blanch the cauliflower before stuffing. To do this, place it in a pot with salted water and cook for no more than 10 minutes after boiling (over low heat).

2. Then fry the finely chopped bacon with onion in vegetable oil until cooked.

3. Mix the ground meat with egg, salt, spices, and fried bacon. The mixture should be homogeneous.

4. When the cabbage cools down, gently separate the florets and fill them with the prepared mixture.

5. When the cabbage is completely stuffed, place it on a baking sheet, previously greased with vegetable oil.

6. Separately beat the egg (you can add cheese to taste) with mayonnaise, then rub the cabbage with the resulting mixture.

7. Place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. Serve hot, cutting the cabbage into portions.
