Cauliflower in Beer Batter
Description
Perfect with the meal and with drinks. When preparing the appetizer, buy cauliflower without black spots — it should be nearly white, not yellow. Light beer works fine, but that is not essential. Use vegetable oil without a strong smell. Serve the appetizer with the meal.
